Sizing
Ordering the correct size garment on the internet can be a daunting task, but hopefully this guide will help you make the correct decision. The starting point should be to measure your waist and chest at the positions indicated on the diagram. Then using the chart below calculate the best fit for your child. If you are at the top end of a measurement - we recommend you moving up to the next size as this allows room for growth. For example if you measured as a 94cm chest (S) then we would recommend going to the M. Please note that for the Distrct Football site we offer only sizes S - L in most of the products. If you require a size above or below that, then please contact us via the Contacts page.

RETURNS
If you have still ordered the incorrect size, you can return the item for a refund. We do not operate an exchange policy. You cannot return the match jersey, GK kit or bag as they are uniquely customised for your order. Due to health and hygene, you cannot return the base layer or socks. If these are returned outside of their packaging then they will simply be distroyed and no refund made. To return any other item, please download the Returns Form and complete. Then click on the link to visit our Royal Mail returns page. Please note that any returns must be made with 31 days of the initial order - this does not affect your statuatory rights. What if you have ordered for a Christmas present and your return will be outside of the 31 days? It will be down to our descretion, but in this circumstance it is most likely we will add a credit to your account.
DELIVERIES
Orders can take up to 20 days to process. For the District Schools we do not hold stock and the goods are ordered on demand. When you place an order you will receive confirmation of your order by email and this will show the due date (the date by which your order will be despatched) on the top right hand corner. At certain times of the year we may experience pressure on stock in which case you may be offered an alternative sized garment or an extended due date. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or UPS Standard depending on the size of your order. Please ensure that you have provided us with a mobile number as our couriers will be in touch with delivery updates. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries so please ensure you liase with the courier accordingly.
Please note: The last order date for Pre-Christmas delivery is Sunday 5th December at 11pm.
